1. Program Name and Description
Program Name: AutoBook — SMS Appointment Booking Service
Program Description: AutoBook is an automated SMS-based appointment booking and lead qualification service for HVAC contractors, operated by Ryan Elmazidi. When you text our business phone number (+1 617-295-7190) to inquire about HVAC services (furnace repair, AC repair, heat pump service, boiler maintenance, etc.), our system responds with qualification questions and books service appointments directly into the contractor's calendar.
2. Affirmative Express Consent
You understand and agree that:
- You initiate contact by texting our business number first
- By sending an SMS, you provide express consent to receive automated responses
- You may receive up to 5 messages during the qualification and booking process
- You may receive up to 3 follow-up messages over 72 hours if you do not complete a booking
- We do not send unsolicited marketing — we only respond to inquiries you start
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS rates vary by carrier and plan. AutoBook does not charge you for SMS delivery, but your carrier may. Check with your carrier for details.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction:
- Initial conversation: up to 5 messages
- Follow-up sequence (if booking abandoned): up to 3 messages over 72 hours
- Appointment reminders: up to 1 message before your scheduled service
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Once you reply STOP:
- You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out
- You will not receive any further SMS messages from us
- You can re-opt-in by texting us again at any time

Opt-out confirmation message: "You have successfully opted out of AutoBook messages. Reply START to re-opt-in, or contact tryautobook@gmail.com for assistance."

8. Pricing
AutoBook is sold as a subscription service to HVAC contractors (not to end users texting in):
- Setup Fee: $300 one-time, charged after the free trial if the contractor chooses to continue
- Monthly Fee: $297/month, recurring, cancellable anytime
- Free Trial: First 14 days free, no commitment
End users who text in for HVAC service are never charged by AutoBook.
9. Age Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By texting us, you represent that you meet this requirement.
10. Acceptable Use
This service is for legitimate HVAC service inquiries only. You agree not to use it for spam, harassment, vulnerability testing, automated/bulk messaging, or fraudulent inquiries. We reserve the right to block numbers that violate these restrictions.
11. No Warranties
AutoBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service; that all messages will be delivered (carrier issues may cause delays); appointment availability; or a specific number of bookings.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Elmazidi (AutoBook) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted at this URL. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
